How do I install the swings?

You have two main options for installation:

Ceiling Mount (for Indoor and Outdoor Swing):
Drill holes into a ceiling beam, truss, or concrete header and secure with the included wood or concrete screws and mounting hardware. Suitable for ceilings up to 8 feet high.

Tree Straps (for Outdoor Swing ):
Install using the included tree straps to wrap over a sturdy branch or beam, supporting heights up to 12–14 feet depending on branch or beam circumference. Ensure a secure and stable mounting point. What if my ceiling or mounting point is too high for the swing?

Indoor Swing: If you need to extend the swing’s length (e.g., for ceilings higher than 8 feet), you can use the tree straps from the outdoor swing model to add length, though this may not be the most aesthetically pleasing option. Alternatively, consider purchasing swing extension chains (available on Amazon, such as 46-inch extensions or shorter options) for a more polished look. We are working on manufacturing our own extension ropes for future availability.

Outdoor Swing: The included tree straps accommodate heights up to 12–14 feet. For additional length, you can purchase swing extension chains (available on Amazon) to suit your setup. Ensure any extensions are securely fastened to maintain safety.

Can I use the swings in different environments?

Indoor Swing: Designed for indoor use, it can be used on a covered patio in dry conditions. Avoid moisture exposure; choose our outdoor swing for weather resistance.

How do I clean the swings?
