Shipping policy

RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just be sure to contact us within 15 days of receiving your items, and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

** NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any custom or personalized orders. 

Conditions for Returning Items:

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS: 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you about the approval of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In the case of items that were purchased using free shipping, we will deduct 10% of the item cost. For example, if you checked out using a promotion code for free shipping, but decide to return your item for a refund, you’ll be refunded 90% of the total amount. 

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a few days.

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please contact us beforehand via thesaltynest@gmail.com, and we will provide you with all of the shipping instructions and details.

If you are shipping an item over $95, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, mistakes occur, and there isn’t a guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Tracking your item and/or having shipping insurance can alleviate anxiety when hiccups do occur in the shipping process. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to ship and reach you will vary.
